Printaholics Standard Terms and Conditions

Please note that all of our items are priced in British Pounds Sterling £ (GBP)

We want to ensure that you, the customer, are happy with your purchases from Printaholics. Before buying your items, please use the contact us button if you have any queries whatsoever, for example on personalisation requirements or delivery timescales. Please note that we are a business and that we are normally only available during business hours.

Payment Methods

We accept Paypal, Bank Transfers, Cheques (UK banks only) and British Post Office Postal orders in British £ sterling (GBP) only. Please note that we do accept orders from customers for delivery to addresses outside of the UK, but please email for delivery cost. EMAIL PRINTAHOLICS

Delivery Timescales

As the majority of our products require customisation and therefore details from you, delivery timescales are dependent on receiving your details. Normally we aim to post individual gift purchases within 7 working days subject to cleared payment having been received. Most orders are completed much quicker, often within a day or two (weekdays only). Please note that this does not apply to items marked special order only where individual estimates are given on the relevant product pages

Estimated delivery times for larger business promotional item purchases are given on the individual product pages.

Shipping / P&P Rates

Postage and packing is currently charged at a flat rate of £2.00 for all UK orders no matter what the size or order. Please note that we accept orders from customers for delivery to addresses outside of the UK, but please email for delivery cost. EMAIL PRINTAHOLICS

All goods are sent using secure packaging appropriate to the items ordered and by the most appropriate shipping method subject to any options chosen by the customer.

Lost parcels. In the unfortunate instance that a package sent by a trackable method is lost in the post we will send a replacement automatically but please note that the British Post Office will not accept a parcel as lost until 15 working days after posting for internal items and sometimes longer for items sent overseas.

Returns

For our standard design shop items, your may return your purchase within 7 working days for a refund (less p&p cost) or replacement. If the return is due to a manufacturing fault or wrong item supplied, your refund will include p&p or a replacement item will be sent if you prefer. Return costs will not be reimbursed.

Customised or personalised items are excluded from the normal provisions of the UK Distance Selling Regulations and we can, therefore only accept returns if the product has a fault or if the wrong item has accidentally been supplied. In these cases, the refund will include p&p.

Please note that all items are individually hand printed and that small variances beyond our control will occur on some items, for example, in colour match or saturation or in alignment on items that are not always a regular size or shape. We use sophisticated software to correct this as much as possible prior to printing but some variances do occasionally remain.

Please advise us by email before returning any item to confirm that a return is acceptable.
