How To Buy

If you are buying from outside the UK please email details of your requirements to: sales@printaholics.co.uk ,

as we are at present unable to supply non EU Countries.

We have made buying from Printaholics as simple as possible.

Just add whichever items you would like to your basket using the Add to Basket buttons on each product page and then when you've finished shopping go to checkout via a View Basket button.

The checkout screen will ask for your delivery details and a payment method and also give you an opportunity to amend your cart contents if you wish.

Once you've chosen your payment method and checked the terms and conditions agreement box, press Click to Order and you will automatically be taken to the next stage for your payment. This will be to the secure servers of the appropriate card processing company if you are paying by Credit or Debit Card or to the postal payment confirmation screen.

An email acknowledging your order will automatically be sent to you by the website. Please note that this is sent in advance of receipt of payment but that your order is only actioned once payment has been received. If you are paying by credit or debit card, you will also receive a confirmation email from the card processing company once you have successfully completed their requirements. Please note that the information that we collect from you is separate from the credit or debit card company requirements for information.

If you are buying one of our personalised or customised items, the email will give details for uploading your images and text. Or you can go straight to our upload page once you have your order reference Number. Please see notes below for our photo and image requirements.

PICTURE FORMATS / STANDARDS

We can accept many image formats from you for printing although high quality image files such as jpegs, tiffs, Corel Paint files (cpt), Photoshop (psd) and Portable Network Graphics (png), are preferred. Bitmpags (.bmp) and gif files can usually also be used. We cannot print directly from Microsoft Word and Publisher files, or .pdf files. If scanning a photograph to send to us, we recommend that it is scanned at 600dpi minimum.

Please remember that the higher the quality of your original image the better the result. If your image is of a poor quality it will be difficult to achieve a good result for you and in some cases we may need to refuse your order or request an alternative image if your supplied image cannot be printed to an acceptable quality. It is particularly important that your image is large enough to printed at the size of your chosen gift item. This is particularly the case for the larger items such as T Shirts, bags, mousemats, placemats and jigsaw puzzles where we normally have to enlarge your picture to print.

Please note that most pictures downloaded from the internet are unsuitable for printing as they have been optimised for online viewing only leading to pixelated results when printed onto our gift items.

If in doubt as to the suitabilitry of your image for printing, please email it to us as an attachment through the contact us link and we will assess it for you prior to you ordering.

COPYRIGHT

In all cases you must either own the picture that you are sending us to be printed or have permission to use the photograph as we are unable to print any pictures that are subject to copyright. By placing and order with us you are expressly agreeing that you have permission to use the image supplied.
